Excellent breakfast buffet. Appreciated the upgraded accommodation due to a restaurant issue. Food at Shiraz was superb. Staff was polite and respectful. Comfortable, clean bed and spacious room. Housekeeping was prompt. Enjoyed the beautiful view and walks. a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Air conditioning was too hot and despite requesting repairs which were performed the issue was not resolved

When the pool was open it was nice
Pool hours were limited due to private lessons. The listing said mini frig but we had to pay $10/day extra to have it. The common areas were dated and lacked upkeep. The hallways are extremely narrow and you loose sight of your kids if not holding their hands.

The lobby had a beautiful decoration and gave a nice outdoor vibe even though we were indoors. The cave bar looked really nice, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to visit it.
The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. There were uncleaned spots in the hallways for the entire duration of our stay.

I recently stayed at the Indian Lakes Hotel for a business trip and couldn't recommend it more. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to get around, and the staff were extremely accommodating. The unique building design was a pleasant surprise, and the family-friendly environment was a bonus. I particularly enjoyed the refreshing air in the hotel's restaurants, and the swimming pool was a nice amenity. the quality of the hotel and its facilities, including the pool area, exceeded my expectations.
Couldn't recommend more this hotel.

18% gratuity on meal bill that we were not made aware of. In fact she was rather sneaky about it.
